1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "59ace," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the 59ace online gaming platform accessible at 59ace.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the 59ace website, including all pages, games, services, features, and content available through 59ace.cam.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a 59ace account for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held with 59ace under a unique username and verified identity.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available through the 59ace platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and blackjack.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real money and bonus credits held in a Player's 59ace account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback, free spin, or other non-cash benefit issued to a Player's account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total wager a Player must place before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Philippine Peso" or "PHP" or "₱" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the primary transactional currency on the 59ace platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 59ace prior to account activation and processing of withdrawal requests.

2Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the 59ace Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any applicable game-specific rules, and any promotion-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 59ace governing your use of the platform.

2.2 By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the 59ace platform following the publication of any amended version of these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2.4 59ace reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the 59ace platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is a mandatory requirement under the applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposited funds returned, net of any bonuses claimed.

3.2 Geographic Restriction. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 59ace platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. 59ace makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside of jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by law.

3.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3.4 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the 59ace platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of 59ace or its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment service providers;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the 59ace platform or from gaming platforms generally;
• Persons using the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

4Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 59ace platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify 59ace promptly of any changes to your registered information.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at 59ace's reasonable discretion, you will be required to submit documentary proof of identity and age verification. Acceptable documents include:

• Valid Philippine passport;
• Philippine driver's license (front and back);
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID);
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys);
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC.

4.4 Right to Refuse Registration. 59ace reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons.

4.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts registered with 59ace are personal to the registered Player and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, bonuses, or prizes associated with it.

5Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 59ace account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 59ace will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication claiming to be from 59ace that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 59ace support immediately.

5.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 59ace account, including all wagers placed and withdrawals initiated. 59ace will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5.4 You must notify 59ace immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspicious activity in, your account. 59ace may temporarily suspend your account while investigating any reported security concern.

5.5 59ace strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number.

6Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 59ace account may be made through the payment methods available in the platform cashier, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 on most payment methods. Deposit processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly.

59ace does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. 59ace reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party sources and to apply applicable processing fees to such returns.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods verified under your 59ace account in your legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will not be processed until full KYC verification has been completed on the account.

59ace aims to process withdrawal requests within the processing window applicable to the selected payment method. Processing times for verified accounts using GCash or Maya are generally faster than bank transfer methods. 59ace reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to do so.

6.3 Currency

The primary transactional currency of the 59ace platform is the Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). All account balances, bonuses, wagering requirements, and promotional amounts are denominated in PHP unless expressly stated otherwise. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP equivalent occurs at the prevailing exchange rate applied by 59ace at the time of deposit.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

59ace is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 59ace reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), where required by law.

7Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional benefits offered by 59ace are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each promotion on the 59ace platform. Promotion-specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your 59ace account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirement completion; contribution rates are specified in promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. 59ace reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where 59ace determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; using prohibited low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements while minimizing actual risk; or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched betting.

7.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Each Player is entitled to claim the 59ace welcome bonus offer once only. For these purposes, "once only" means once per verified individual identity, once per household, and once per IP address or device, regardless of how many accounts may have been created from those identifiers.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus credits and any associated free spins expire on the date specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus credits will be automatically removed from the Player's account balance without compensation.

8Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 All games available on the 59ace platform are provided by licensed third-party game software providers. Each game is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.

8.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live RNG (random number generation) games available through 59ace are supplied by providers whose RNG systems are independently certified. The outcome of all spins, card deals, dice rolls, and number draws in RNG games is determined by certified random algorithms. 59ace does not alter RTP (return to player) percentages from the values certified by the relevant provider.

8.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or software error, 59ace reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. Wins achieved as a result of a software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. 59ace shall not be liable for any loss arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original wagered stake.

8.4 Disputed Game Outcomes. If you wish to dispute a game outcome, you must contact 59ace support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event occurring. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

9Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 59ace platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances held:

• Registering as an underage person or providing false date of birth information;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers on the platform without prior written consent from 59ace;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering through the platform by depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or processing transactions on behalf of third parties;
• Any activity that 59ace reasonably determines to be dishonest, fraudulent, or contrary to the integrity of the platform.

9.2 Where 59ace determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, 59ace may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the relevant account; void any pending or recent wagers; withhold any pending withdrawals; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as permitted by applicable Philippine law.

10Responsible Gaming

10.1 59ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the wellbeing of its players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and 59ace provides a suite of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may apply for voluntary self-exclusion from the 59ace platform for a defined period or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests may be submitted directly through the account settings section of the platform or by contacting 59ace support. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed or shortened before the specified exclusion period has expired. During a self-exclusion period, 59ace will use reasonable measures to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the platform.

10.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 59ace account through the account settings section of the platform. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately.

10.4 Session Time Controls. Players may set maximum session duration limits through their account settings. When a session limit is reached, the Player will be notified and may be required to log out.

10.5 Age Verification. 59ace strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory identity document verification. Underage gambling is a serious harm and 59ace takes its obligations in this regard with the utmost seriousness.

10.6 Players who are concerned about their gambling behavior or the gambling behavior of someone they know are encouraged to review the resources available on the 59ace Responsible Gaming page, which includes self-assessment tools and information on professional support services available in the Philippines.

11Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 59ace platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of 59ace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 59ace platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

11.3 Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of 59ace intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

12Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 59ace shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the 59ace platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

12.2 59ace's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 59ace account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 59ace does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. 59ace shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 59ace's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

13Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 59ace account at any time by contacting 59ace support. Prior to closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed. Real money balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to completion of identity verification.

13.2 Termination by 59ace. 59ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; 59ace has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity; the Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or continued operation of the account would expose 59ace to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

13.3 Upon termination of an account by 59ace due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not been cleared for withdrawal may be forfeited. Real money balances (exclusive of bonuses) will be returned subject to completion of identity verification and confirmation that no fraudulent or prohibited activity occurred.

14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and the use of the 59ace platform that cannot be resolved through the informal dispute resolution process described in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.3 The 59ace platform is intended for use in accordance with applicable Philippine law. 59ace does not represent that the platform is appropriate or permissible for use in any other jurisdiction.

15Contact and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Contacting 59ace. For general account inquiries, technical support, or to raise a complaint, Players may contact the 59ace support team via live chat available on the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support is available in both English and Filipino (Tagalog). Players may also contact 59ace via the email address listed in the footer of this page.

15.2 Formal Complaints. If a Player wishes to raise a formal complaint against 59ace, the complaint should be submitted in writing to the 59ace support team with a clear description of the issue, the relevant account details, and any supporting documentation. 59ace will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within three (3) business days and will aim to provide a final response within fifteen (15) business days.

15.3 Escalation. If a Player is not satisfied with the final response to a formal complaint, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. Details of the applicable regulatory body will be provided in 59ace's response to any formal complaint.

15.4 Language. All formal communications between Players and 59ace shall be conducted in the English language. 59ace's support team can also communicate in Filipino (Tagalog) for informal support interactions.
